Rotary Encoder Module: Fit the Rotary Encoder Module to Port 1 and turn the shaft VERY SLOWLY. The white signal LED will come on and then the red LED will change to green. When the shaft is turned in the other direction, the red LED will change to green and then the white signal LED will come on. This is how you can work out which way the shaft is being rotated
